Contact Us
We like hearing from readers. A good share of what we publish began as a question in our inbox, and several articles have been improved because someone took a minute to point out a mistake.
How to reach us
The site has one address for everything: contact@emirelo.com. Messages are read by the writers themselves, not by an automated system. There is no phone line and no postal address, and we do not take messages through social media.
Good reasons to write
- A question about an article. If a rule or a payout is unclear, tell us which piece you were reading and what puzzled you.
- A correction. If you think we have something wrong, please include the page address and, ideally, the source that shows the correct version. Our corrections routine explains what happens next.
- A topic idea. We keep a list of reader suggestions and work through it when planning new pieces.
- A privacy request. Requests about your personal data are handled as described on our Privacy & Data page.
What we cannot help with
Because we are a reading site, some things are outside what we can do:
- We cannot access, open, close or unlock an account with any casino or betting operator.
- We cannot settle disputes about payouts, bonuses or withdrawals. Those go to the operator first and, if needed, to its licensing authority.
- We do not give personal betting tips, predictions or recommendations about where to play.
- We are not able to provide counselling. If gambling is worrying you, our page on staying in control describes where to turn.
Before you hit send
Please keep sensitive information out of your message. We never need account passwords, card numbers, identity documents or screenshots that show personal details. A short description is enough for us to understand the question.
When to expect an answer
With only four of us, an answer may need several days, and holiday weeks stretch that further. Corrections get priority over everything else. If a message needs no reply, such as a quick thank-you, we will still read it, even if we do not write back.
The people who open your email are introduced on our About page.
Ahead of your email
A short message is plenty
Tell us which article you were reading and what caught your eye. A link and a sentence or two will get your note to the right writer quickly.
Passwords, card numbers and ID documents have no place in the message. Nobody here needs them, and no casino account can be reached from this inbox.
